HashPlay Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. Scope and information

This policy covers information processing associated with HashPlay websites, accounts and games. Wallet addresses and transaction records may constitute personal information when linked to a person; public availability does not remove privacy considerations.

InformationPurpose
Wallet address, network, connection method and signature verification informationConnection, sign-in verification and account identification
Order and round IDs, amounts, balances and funding recordsOrders, reconciliation, settlements, deposits and withdrawals
Transaction hashes, contract addresses, tokens and eventsTransaction status and on-chain reconciliation

Contact details and descriptions you submitResponding to questions and investigating issues

HashPlay does not require private keys or recovery phrases. Do not include them in support messages.

2. Cookies and browser storage

Necessary session cookies maintain sign-in. Local storage records wallet connection methods, preferences and recovery information for pending funding operations. A saved connection does not mean a transaction has completed.

You can disconnect, sign out or clear browser site data. Clearing local data can affect connection and pending-operation recovery; it does not delete blockchain transactions or cancel submitted orders.

The current AppKit configuration disables its analytics, email and social sign-in features. Wallet and infrastructure providers may still process technical information. New nonessential analytics or marketing technologies should be disclosed separately, with consent where required.

3. Purposes, grounds and recipients

Depending on applicable law and the activity, processing may rely on providing requested services, legal obligations, legitimate security interests or your consent. Optional consent should not be bundled with unnecessary processing; withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

Wallet applications, Reown / WalletConnect, RPC nodes, explorers and infrastructure providers may process requests. Information received depends on your chosen connection and actions; independent providers also apply their own policies. Other disclosures require an appropriate basis, such as applicable legal requirements or investigating fraud and attacks.

Blockchain transactions publish addresses, transaction content, amounts, times and events on the relevant public network. HashPlay generally cannot remove, reverse or alter those public records.

4. Retention and international processing

Retention depends on service needs, settlement, disputes, security investigations and applicable legal obligations. Information should be deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. This policy does not promise a single fixed retention period.

Public networks and infrastructure may involve multiple countries. Where cross-border safeguards are required, applicable requirements should be followed. This statement does not claim a particular certification has been obtained.

5. Security and requests

Reasonable safeguards should reflect the nature and risk of the information, but no network, device or provider guarantees absolute security. Use trusted devices and verify the domain.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy, restricted processing, objection or withdrawal of consent. Contact support@hashplay.games with the request scope. Reasonable verification of account control may be needed, but never private keys or recovery phrases.

Legal retention, unfinished transactions, disputes and immutable public records can limit requests; applicable reasons should be explained. You retain rights to complain to the relevant data protection authority.

6. Minors and updates

Games are not intended for minors. Contact the email above if you believe a minor’s information has been provided or used. Updates show a revised date, and material changes should receive reasonable notice.
