HashPlay Responsible gaming policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

Adults and permitted participation only

You must be at least 18, meet any higher local age requirement and be permitted to participate where you are located. Do not allow minors to use your wallet, account or device for games.

Keep participation recreational

Games involve losses and are not income, savings or investments. Set affordable money and time budgets before starting and stop at those limits. Do not use borrowed money, essential living funds or someone else’s funds. Do not increase participation to recover losses.

Recognize loss of control

Pause if you cannot stop, chase losses, hide spending, borrow to participate or experience effects on sleep, work or relationships. Avoid financial decisions when distressed, exhausted or affected by alcohol.

Pause and seek help

Stop participating, sign out, disconnect your wallet and consider device or browser access restrictions. Disconnection does not cancel accepted orders or confirmed transactions.

For help with account access restrictions or existing orders, contact support@hashplay.games, identifying the account and request scope. This policy does not claim automatic spending limits or automatic self-exclusion are currently available.

If you struggle to control participation, seek qualified local medical, mental health or addiction support and involve someone you trust in managing spending. Review the terms, retain records and pause further activity when an amount or outcome needs checking.
