HashPlay Terms of service
Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to the HashPlay website, wallet connections, accounts, games, orders and funding records. Read them alongside the privacy policy, disclaimer and responsible gaming policy. Stop using the relevant services if you do not agree.
HashPlay combines an interface, platform services, an individual account ledger and applicable smart contracts. Not every operation or outcome determination occurs on-chain. Available features, networks, tokens and fees depend on the published rules and service configuration.
2. Eligibility and wallet security
You must be at least 18 and meet any higher local age requirement, have capacity to accept these terms and be permitted to participate where you are located. Do not bypass access restrictions or act for someone who is prohibited from participating. Technical access does not establish local authorization.
Protect your wallet, device, private keys and recovery phrase. Check the domain, network, amount, recipient and authorization before signing. Wallet connection, login signatures, token approvals and transactions have different effects. Confirm accepted orders and transactions through the corresponding records.
3. Orders and charges
Review the room, token, round, closing time, limits, odds and fees before submitting. Save the seed proof and round parameters. Submission alone does not guarantee acceptance; check the valid order and funding confirmation.
Accepted orders follow the rules applicable when submitted. An unfavorable outcome alone does not entitle you to cancel an accepted order. Network fees can apply separately, including to failed transactions. Later rule changes should not retrospectively remove rights attached to accepted orders.
4. Balances and funding
Your platform balance is an individual ledger maintained by the platform. It differs from wallet assets and aggregate contract balances. Check deposits, orders, settlements and withdrawals against their respective records.
Withdrawals depend on available balances, supported networks and applicable processing rules. Submission, processing and receipt are separate stages. Incorrect addresses or unsupported networks may make assets unrecoverable.
Timeout refunds apply only when the relevant contract or service conditions are satisfied and may require an active transaction and network fees. Do not assume every unsettled order or service fault produces an automatic refund. See the whitepaper.
5. Prohibited conduct and restrictions
Do not commit fraud, launder funds, misuse wallets, manipulate orders, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt systems, bypass access controls or infringe others’ rights. Stop exploiting any vulnerability and report it without exposing other users’ data.
Restrictions necessary for security, abnormal transactions or applicable legal obligations should be proportionate. Where permitted, reasons and a means to challenge a restriction should be provided. A restriction does not automatically remove rights to seek reconciliation of legitimate balances and orders.
6. Changes, rights and liability
Maintenance, network conditions and third-party faults may affect service. Significant changes should be communicated through official channels. Ending use does not reverse confirmed transactions or eliminate existing obligations concerning orders, funds or data.
HashPlay branding and original material are protected by their respective rights. Third-party and open-source material remains subject to its own licenses.
HashPlay does not guarantee earnings or loss-free participation. These terms do not exclude liability that applicable law prohibits excluding or restrict mandatory user rights. Responsibility depends on the facts and applicable law.
7. Questions and updates
For disputes, provide the wallet address, order ID, round and relevant transaction hashes to support@hashplay.games. Never send private keys, recovery phrases or complete login credentials. You retain applicable rights to seek legal remedies.
Updates will show a revised date. Material changes should receive reasonable notice and separate consent where required; they should not retrospectively remove acquired legal rights.
